Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 - The Modding Dungeon Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Modding Troubleshooting Water surface isn't wet?

So all the other surfaces created with the Surface Painter in the AI panel seem to work fine. Oil slows, fire burns, etc. But for some reason... water doesn't apply wet. I only recently downloaded the engine, is it possible I messed up something and the engine cant get a file it needs to reference or something? Have no idea what's going on...
