My immediate reaction on seeing the toe, was "Is a gythyanki jaw strong enough to bite through a piece of toe?" No doubt I shall find out in the near future.

There was a video put out by Larian in what was called "Panel from hell" that had live gameplay video and an option of "kiss the foot" in an audience decided in game interaction. It was not chosen by the audience but left a bunch of curiosity as to what could have happened in that tense moment of gameplay if that option WAS chosen.

see? there are some little things like that i disagree with, if i create my custom character (s)he definitely should have that option, but if i play Lae'zel as origin, she would never in her life lower herself to kiss that toe so the option shouldn't be even there

I will bring Lae'zel with me and make sure she kills the bastard for good this time. This is in my top list of EA things to do.

Theres a horror game on Steam called blasphemous that is based on Spanish / Gothic Christan stuff about sin, flagellation and penance.

It features several references and shows feet being kissed and worshipped in the most unbelievably artistically and true to such religious practices of old. League of barefoot walkers / some false deity whose followers would wash and worship his feet / kissing feet to cleanse sin.

That's already gone way too spoilery, will add a screenshot in a bit.
