[BUG] Character stuck on dice icon

System: Windows 10 PC

Platform: GOG

Issue: The dice icon got stuck over my character's head

Description: I don't know what roll happened that stuck, but it might have been an environmental roll quickly followed by interacting with one of my companions (Shadowheart) in the tomb with the entombed scribes.

Reloading the save dismisses the icon, of course, so it's an easy fix.
