Ok i figured out the the arcana check is for, but no idea how to disrupt it. I have tried every item, i even nat 20ed on the arcana check, nothing seems to work i have attacked like every piece of equipment , pretty much everything i can think of, so now i ask, what the heck am i missing?

I passed the check, and I don't think that it's possible to get her out then. I think it just serves as a way to get you points with her for attempting to help her out.

I think it's not possible to get her out. just helps with when you meet her later on. guessing when you play as her when origins are available you will break out of it yourself maybe see someone try and break you out aswell

Somewhat unrelated, but I noticed a timer ticking down while I mouse-overed on her. Maybe you need to complete the ship part before that runs out, don't know what happens if you're too slow.
