Shadowheart got knocked off a cliff in the Underdark by one of those exploding mushrooms (oops) and her body wound up at camp. I'm unfortunately out of Revifify scrolls, but thankfully someone told me the Hooded Skeleton when he arrives at your camp can bring back dead party members for 200gp a pop. This is very useful for me right now since I can't take Long Rests while her corpse is in the party; and I can't remove her from the party when she's dead (I hope Larian patch this in).

Anyone know how long it takes roughly for him to arrive? I only just snagged him from his crypt. I kept failing the Perception checks to find the hidden button.

Were you able to find out how long till he appears? I just talked to him and my campaign is pretty much stuck since my NPCs died.

It's very early. He might even be just chilling in camp.

Did you find the hidden room in the Dank Crypt?

I think it is roughly two nights after you talked to him. He is sitting by the river, not necessarily spot able, depending on where you are in camp.

Ok cool. What if you can't fall asleep cause your party members are dead? Hahah.
A little backstory. I'm playing a campaign with my friend in the party. He got his character and another PC he controlled killed in the goblin camp where its almost impossible for myself and only one other PC to clear. So I looked up other ways to revive and came across the Hooded Skeleton. I then found him in the crypt. But I can't take a long rest due to the others that are dead. frown is the campaign a bust unless I can clear the goblin camp and resurrect the others myself?

Have you tried going back to the druid grove? The trader there, the halfing, sells resurrection scrolls. If you need money, you could try to break into the room, where Roa Moonglow, the female halfing trader in the goblin camp, stores her wares. there, you will find around 3000 gold pieces (you can also fight her and her bodyguards, they aren't that hard, if you use the highground at the side).

Auntie Ethel has resurrection scrolls too. if you haven't already fought her, she will sell too.

Be careful about fighting Roa. The room inside is full of exploding barrels, and she WILL hit them with firebolt if she feels like it. Not sure what the triggers are, but she seems to do it if I do a bunch of damage to her team before she gets a turn.

She never does in my playthroughs. I fight her and her guards outside of the room. You don't trigger the goblins apart from one and you can go up the ladder on the left side. So outside of that room, Roa is totally save, besides, standing up on the balcony, the explosions wouldn't reach you. I always kill her. Just buy or steal the invisible potions beforehand.

She's done it in every playthrough that I've had; once even on her second attack when none of her companions had been killed, the blew everyone up.

Guessing Larian has coded in the AI to use barrelmancy whenever possible regardless or the outcome.

As I said, I never experienced that. I normally loot the barrels after the fight and store them in my camp in case I need them. She does go invisible though, if I don't pickpocket or buy the potions from her beforehand.
Do you fight her, after she has retreated to that room? I normally fight her before tackling the goblin bosses, so that she is still outside that room.

I've only ever seen her do it if you fight her in the room.
