I feel there are a few common options missing.

Height/Build: Would like to be able to choose tall, short, bulky etc.

Scars.

Bald head with topknot/cue, especially for Gith.

Gruff voicesets suitable for dwarves.

Yes please! Some build options are specialy lacking, I Hope this gets added

Have to support everything sad above, more appearance options. At very least more faces, please.

I was really bugged by the lack of options, but then I realized that modding will exist. So even if Larian doesn't add more, I'm sure modders will.

Need more short hair options for Males. There's currently like 4 (counting bald) out of like 35 hair styles.

Elf Males - More slender faced/pretty faces that look like classic elves. The current ones look like classic human males.

Human Males - Lots of great options here, but we don't have variations on those extremes. So if you want to look like one type of person, you have basically 1 or 2 choices. If you want to look like another type, you've only got 1 or maybe 2 options.

Sliders - This would allow us to refine the available faces so they aren't so restrictive.

really need more short hair male options. they have like 30 long European looking hairstyles and like 3 Chad-cuts. hoping they add some more normal buzz cut type options

Need a high and tight hairstyle (short haired option) to look like a viking.
