How do you kill shrimpo? I have 3 steel scorpions running around attacking him....but he heals himself, and when I try to start shooting him with the meteorstrike he runs after me and usually kills me before I can run away. What do I do? Anyone got some tips? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/question.gif" alt="" />

Even as a mage - i just jumped on him with my singing blade - do you have a really good sword?
Or try elemental hail...

Freeze, Energy Cage = makes it impossible for him to heal.

I cursed him (survivor ability) + elemental hail = dead.

As a mage, I blasted him at high speed. I dont remember exactly what I did but
I think I used limbs of lead or freeze to slow/stop him. If you do not have spell capability (or at least 3 skill points in the pre mentioned spells), You
may want to obtain a frost weapon to stop him, or put some points in the warrior
stun skill. I will admit he is a hard hitter and that is all the more reason to
try and slow or stop him. The forcecage spell is another consideration. Again, I dont know what class you are or what your abilities are, but try those.
If you need to, put him off until you can get some points into those skills.

The first time I encountered him....I tried freezing him....it didn't work....I don't know if I just missed him or that my level 1 freeze spell isn't strong enough to stop him. I don't have energycage or limbs of lead...though they'd prolly be useful. I don't have a sword....I'm fighting with a one hand axe that does from 20-30 damage or more...not really sure...but he's too fast that I can't hit him with it.

I can't find any good swords to fight with....I have the holy weapon sword...but I can't use that yet cuz I haven't exactly gotten the whole quest for the holy weapons.

What level are you? He is pretty hard, maybe level up some first...
My sword did 100 damage or something like that...

Level up and then spend 1 point in survivor's curse - sets down resistances and even cumulates if you curse him several times - it's better than the mage curse, cause no resistance against it possible. Even boss monsters go down very quickly then with normal spells.

Thanks Kiya! I'll try that....I'll have to do a bit of running around to get away from him cuz I saved me game while he was already out....I had his health half way gone and realized that he can heal himself so I save. Yeah, prolly a stupid move but I didn't know what else to do.

I think I'm a level 20 mage. Somewhere around there. Did I mention that my meteorstrike is level 3? It does quite a bit of damage....but not enough. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> but I'll try your suggestion Kiya! Thanks again!

Oh, dear, I hope, he doesn't follow you - have you got 2 quicksave slots? Maybe one of them is prior to Shrimpo?

I killed him with a sword that did 'bout 100 damage and had frost (3) on it. = SHRIMPO dead as a shrimp in my soup. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Where do you find SHRIMPO? I searched all around the graveyard and outside for him and then finally gave up.

In the north eastern area of the graveyard there are 7 tombstones in a rough circle. The first letter of each name, read in order, spells out SHRIMPO.....

i guess this game is just unlucky for me. i never found any good items, and my character is a wuss.
