Larian Studios Forums General Chat Chat (Anything) What is that little yellow "OP" symbol?

I've noticed that some messages (including one of my posts) have this yellow "OP" symbol that got added at some point next to my name on the post, just before your posting frequency name, i.e. "stranger", etc.. What is that for, and who adds that and why, or is this some automatic forums thing?

No problem. My contribution was to give it rounded corners. I'm planning to do that with much of the rest of the forum's standard theme, much to The Composer's irritation.
