Playing with tiefling this becomes a bother quite often, you equip a better item for the stats but it doesn't sit well with the horns, clips, or simply looks bad. I'd love for an option to change an item's appearance without changing the stats, disguise them, etc., if just for the aesthetics of it all. I saw the suggestions for a "hide helmet" option and that too would come in handy. This goes to many items, I understand giving them unique looks if they are story items, but adding the option of things looking different doesn't subtract from anything imho. I know there is a "craft" mechanic in game already, could go hand in hand with that.
