What's up with this? I happened to notice Penumbra standing in the general vacinity of the teleporter in Verdistis, with a named Elf near her. The Elf will talk to you, but Penumbra is like frozen or something! Won't move, and you can't talk to her. Is that supposed to happen?

Did you fail to save Corinna from the demon? If so, that would do it.

I failed quest with Corinna the summoner.But after Penumbra has given me book she left and next I've spoken to her under merchants house in Verdisis so maybe it's a little problem.Have any saves before Penumbra is frozen?? Try to reload,and maybe that will help.

probably a bug or sumpfing. the new patch might sort it out?

Penumbra always stands out there, whether you've failed the quest or not. And she never says anything. You can meet her in the brothel, but even after that you can still find her out by the teleporter, not moving or saying anything.

strange. I would go back to a previous save.

How the hell would you be able to save Corrina from the demon? He jumps out an kills her before you can even move...

I meant the demon in the room the first time you enter Corinna's house. For the summoning ritual/quest, you must have given her the fake branch from Mpenzak, not the one from the talking tree in the Dark Forest.

You heard the gossiping women by Corinna's house? Talk to the bartender at the Ducal inn...

OK, I'm getting the idea on the cathouse, but as for the demon - I did get the branch from that guy...didn't go and get one from the tree myself. But still - the demon popped out and killed her with one stroke, way too fast for me to have done anything. Even so, I tried to go back and kill him later, and even with my skeletal wall, 5 skeleton warriors and the demon knight I stand no chance!

The demon killing Corinna if you use the fake branch is part of the cut scene, so you can not move until it is too late.

She is a good source for charms and occasionally has spell books, but if you don't have a recent save before that point, I wouldn't worry about it. If you have a save after giving her Mpenzak's fake branch but before the summoning, there is a
