Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General "Evil Thing"? *spoilers*

So I'm in the Druid Grove and one of the rats you can speak to leads you to the crippled lady's house to find an "evil thing".

He says it's in the chest, but I found nothing out of the ordinary in the chest behind the lady.

I do know about the path that leads to the prison, but there's nothing in those chests IIRC.

Help?

The evil thing in this case is whatever chipped its tooth if I recall correctly
