There's been a few times where my character is in between two enemies, and takes a half step/turn to attack one but gets hit by an attack of opportunity at the same time. The reaction from the attack of opportunity basically eats my attack and I lose the action without doing anything.
+1 To clarify, the small movement made by my characters was 100% not enough to trigger an enemy AoO. If anything, it seems like the enemy AoOs are prompting from my attack itself, more like a parry.
