I have the same problem here, though on Steam. Is there any admin that can help to look into this?

The Admins here are not the game developers so any help they could give would be generic at best.

I'd advise sending a Help request from the splash page. Larian's own team are the guys you need.

I came across this upon reviewing similar support tickets for games on Stadia. Could you try these steps?

1. In Chrome (or any chromium based browser), go to chrome://flags

2. Locate "Hardware-accelerated video encode" and disable it.

3. Locate "override software rendering list" and turn that on.

4. Make sure your browser and Operative System is up to date.

5. Restart the computer.

Allegedly this worked for them. Otherwise, as Sadurian suggested, make a support ticket to Larian Support directly.

Just to throw my own limited knowledge into the ring.

I've had similar issues with Steam not restarting a game that has crashed or otherwise failed to load. I generally check in the Task Manager and often find multiple instances of the game queuing up there. Deleting all these (and sometimes shutting down the Steam launcher itself) occasionally helps.
