It feels bad to roll Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster without the Cantrips that involve a weapon attack

Agreed, those cantrips fill a void in the PHB – which is why they’ve been reprinted in the Tasha’s book.

Need to add Hexblade to the game aswell. Pact of the blade makes no sense without Hexblade. You end up with a dude in light armor, can't use CHA to deal damage and have to level dex. You gimp yourself with a weak and squishy frontliner and you have either low hitchance with your attacks or spells because you have to decide between leveling dex or Cha.

Just look at the amount of people who says "Wyll should be a Hexblade". Its clear that people want a Hexblade class and people know a regular pact of the blade non-Hexblade is weak and useless.
