It just says deleting previous save is impossible, but I can normally save, but I want to quicksave!

For your information, I want to try to troubleshoot this myself. Any ideas what I might try?

anyone willing to help me? Game now crashed when I encounter an autosave point.

I had a similar problem right after patch 3 arrived. It lasted for about 2 days and then went away. I have no idea what caused it to go away - I don't recall doing anything that seemed like it would fix it.

Quick runs down, since Larian email didn't come with reply button

Creating new profile solved the things, although I did have issues deleting saves from main menu.

Also, in level cache, One Drive was updating some of files, while others were not affected. May also be of note.
