Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Enhanced Edition game doesnt start

i bought it in a pack on steam and dos ee doesnt start when i klick on the desktop icon. my screen turns black for a moment and then there is music on but the tab isnt open. when i point on the tab in the taskbar there is a white background and the desktop icon in the middle. i can only close it with the task-manager.

i tried several tricks i found in the internet. could it be because of the driver version? i have a rx 580, which driver version could work?

so i just want say that im disapointed from the awful official support of the larian studios which doesnt answer my question. selling a game that doesnt work for so many people is a shame. there are so many possible solutions for my problem on the internet that i cannot try all of them. i believe i have to refund the boundle and i wont buy a larian game further.
