So I'm not big on camping and resting, but I've camped 3 or 4 times.
Got the tadpole powers, got Raphael visiting etc.

Astarion's bite sequence hasn't triggered, but he has spoken about Casador and the fact that he is a vampire spawn, but this has still not triggered his bite ability or any other aspect of it.
Just met the monster hunter, which Astarion oneshotted with a knife in the eye, with his corpse revealing Astarions name.

So yea, in short, it's still super buggy. He's openly admitted he's a vampire and in the next second he pretends it's just silly notions.

Find the dead boar with Astarion in party just before the bridge before the blighted village… Seems to move it along faster.

Yea, I've managed to miss the boar actually.
But still, the main issue is that things are triggering in the wrong order.
