Just find out ... If you cannot reach some item, not even with Mage Hand ... and IF you play Druid, Thorn Whip can be used too! Be warned tho, some objects are breakable.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
I am super retentive about picking up every single item that I can pick up. I do that to sell them to traders to amass gold for buying magic items. It is agravating when I cant reach a crate or barrel on a wagon or a potion on a mantle. I have had success with mage hand throwing items. I will have to try the whip.
