If I want to multiply skill's damage if the target has a certain status on it, how the statement would look?

A.g. if the target is bleeding then the ability does 150% damage, instead of the regular value.

And while we are at it. If I need to check the status first and THEN cleanse it from the target (target is bleeding -> ability does increased damage -> consumes the status on the target), how would I go about doing that?
