When loading a save from Stadia on PC with a brand new install, I was repeatedly getting a consistent crash while loading, no matter which save I tried. I verified the game files and there was no issues.
I resolved it by starting a new game on PC and saving that (I don't believe the saving is neccessary to fix, but I did do that) - then the other saves from Stadia started working. I think I needed to start a new game on PC to trigger something being generated or unpacked "first time" allowing the saves to work.
