I was able to take out Dror Ragzlin without alerting the rest of the temple for the first time this playthrough. I used smoke barrels around the throne room cast silence around them and then detonated them. It didn't kill him but it might stop him from calling for help. I also works with priestess gut.
I remember asking for silence to do this in Patch 1 so it's nice to see that it works now.
