Never mind, I fixed the problem. Apparently the data path gets hardcoded in: steamapps\common\Divinity Engine 2\Config.xml, I had to manually edit the file, changing the path in the tool itself doesn't work.

I bought the game at the end of December.
I do not have access to the Divinity Editor 2 on Steam.
According to what I could read on forum, that problem was solved ?

I tried the Console solution but after I have downloaded and copy/past in data
I can still not start the editor.

Any suggestion ?

I decided to DL again from Steam Console and I have finally solved my problem

The problem is urgent. There is no Divinity Engine data DLC in the Steam. I can not run the Engine. I downloaded the game and the engine on 13/11/2021.

Have you downloaded the engine data through the DLC tab? Right click Divinity: Original Sin 2 > Properties > DLC
