I think I found one of the new pieces of armor from Patch 7.
It's in the Blighted Village. At least, I hadn't noticed this piece there before. It's the Haste Helm. I checked the wikia, and it's not been posted there yet.
And i though i searched there ... Thanks for the info.
And yes it most likely is new.
