Ok, so maybe this may be the sick Bastard in me... But we find so many heads, rib cages, arms, legs, etc, that maybe, given he right skills, we could create.... A flesh golem.
I'm actually wondering if, for those that go the necromancer route, that is part of the reason why we find so many parts lying around. Its definitely not far off from what most necromancers do in dnd anyway.
