It would not. I tried on a GTX 950M and it was painful. The data may be usefull for Larian but I advise you wait for the full release, when the game is actually optimised.
Not sure about the latests releases but the very first itteration on GTX950M was actually stable and playable. Few advices:
1) Lower everything related to models and amount of polygones to lowest.
2) Set light filters as high as possible. Medium values at least. If you have a good processor highest should be possible for some of them.
3) Shadows definitely medium/low.
4) Your resolution. Change it to 1200x800 in case your pc still can't keep up.
You won't be close to what's on the screenshots. The game will look like decent games from a couple years ago. Where our graphic cards belong.
