You know, in case someone wants to prepare a walkthrough or something. I've only played up to preparing to leave the Grove towards the ruined Goblin-occupied village.

Outside of Silvanus' Grove, at one of the paths leading from the wrecked Mindflayer ship to the entrance to the Grove. This one has a free shovel next to it.

Outside of the ruined chapel.

Below the cliff where the Bugbear ambush in the grove takes place, near the lift. You might need to talk to the nearby squirrel and have them mention something about shinies on the floor, not sure.

Across the stone pillars near the Harpy Nest.

If that's what you were asking for Sozz, the anime the gif is from is called Chronicles of the Lodoss War. I watched that, oh ... about 15 years ago. It was nice.

Correction: Record of Lodoss War. Watch the OVA and skip the televised continuation (unless you're thirsty for more Lodoss, anyhow).

That's the one. I do yield for yields, though.

I have a pile of shame for books I haven't read or finished and one for anime/manga that I knock out every few years whenever I close shop for a month or two...in a funk...

Few exceptions aside, prepare yourself for quality animation; hand-drawn OVAs are golden.



My philosophy is that it is best to stick with OVAs: they're short and typically feature animation/art worth digesting. That said, there are some full-blown series I do enjoy, such as the original Dragon Ball (it's full of endearing characters and moves at a slower pace...basically, it is anime comfort food).

Found one in the underground passage with the attack statues at the druid grove. It's on the top level of the island.

Buried treasure chest need to be shrunk by half or 2/3...look too cartoonish.

You know that place where your entire party failed a perception check? That's a chest.

And you can start digging everywhere you want, so no chest stay hidden. >:]

There is someone over the past couple of days that has actually been streaming a level 1 Bard solo challenge (mostly consisting of the guy luring different groups of NPCs into combat against each other, I believe he was attempting to get the Waukeen's Rest clerics and archers to beat up the Githyanki patrol for him and he got decently close the last time I checked), and I ended up learning about a lot of chest locations that I had not known of previously through watching that.

I'm not interested enough in continuing my own playthrough in order to update this thread, but yeah, even if you fail a perception check to notice the hole, you can just... Manually dig up the chest anyway.
