The gesture Mol shows you if you complete that quest line is a two-handed rolling move in front of the body. When you get to Mattis and 'repeat' it, it is a single raised hand that goes off camera, so I can't tell what it is. When Mattis 'repeats' it, it is yet a third gesture.
