I've tried almost everything, doing other quests, restarting the game, talking to other characters, everything. the only thing i havent done yet is restart my save since before i actually talked to her as it was a long while ago. I assume i need to talk to Gareth, but I ran past him and fought Alexander immediately, causing her to appear. Any way to help at all, i really dont wanna back track as far as i do to actually play the main game :c.
