BG3 has an all-time peak number of concurrent users of 712,281, putting it in the top 10 all-time peak Steam games!!!

I'm curious to see how it will do on PS5 with it traditionally being more of a PC genre game.

Hopefully that will boost sales even further.

How many others thought their forum account died after registering the full released game?

I had to register the game again and then the forums wouldn't load, so like a numpty I sent a support ticket. I thought maybe it was due to a conflict with the same email being used for 2 accounts or some such.

I don't wanna brag, you know, that's not the kinda guy I am, but I might've been out there suggesting to folks that they give the game a try. Guess a lot of 'em were listening, huh? Sometimes the reach of my own word of mouth surprises even me. Good times and Godspeed, everyone. I'll be hanging out in the shadowlands if anybody needs me.

It hits around 15 million at its price point its a made over a billion dollars.

10 million to 20 million according to steam spy, probably somewhere in the middle of those two extremes.

For perspective it's almost already got as many concurrent users as Hogwarts legacy, which made over a billion dollar before it even hit Nintendo Switch.

Congrats to Larian on the successful launch, I hope they are taking a well-needed break!

Yeah but you have to subtract development cost and the ongoing business costs at Larian. The rent in Ghent alone!
