Hi, as i said on title after hotfix 11 my friend can't join anymore our last game. The only message I can see are "one player joined" and "public left" instead on his side he still in the menu of the lobby without loading or else.

Ask him where he is playing? Mybe he plays on a steam deck or on Linux. Because ppl suggested them to use the beta feature. That means that they have a different version of the game. What is automaticly disabled the multiplayer option between the current version.
This is why I think this is not a solution for steam deck and Linux users.
Great example if someone with Linux or SteamDeck want to play with a user hou plays on cloud Gaming.
Its not possible at all at this state of the game.

There is mybe a hope for you if non of you are playing on cloud gameing . There is a smal guide in this thread how to roll back to a beta patch mybe it will help you. But if some of you play on cloud gaming then I am sorry there is no solution.
Only hope is that someone kik someone to do a better job with patches or testing .
