Have 90+ hours into the game and had no issues - has been about 6 months or so since I last plays?

When I go to log in it takes 5+ minutes for it to get to 100% then it loads the main animation screen but it is mostly not rendered and laggy like a slide show. After 10+ minutes the EULA finally pops up

*Drivers to Date

*Clean install - deleted core and appdata (including a second pass with REVO just to make sure)

*No Overlays of any kind -infact removed and uninstalled everything I could except steam and NVDIA (both of which again have overlays off

*For good measure I removed any and all RGB Software

*It is installed on the C Drive which is an NVME

*Tried both Vulkan and DX

*No Mods of any kind or type


CPU Brand: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor

Windows 10 (64 bit)

Driver: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080


Driver Version: 32.0.15.6070

DirectX Driver Version: 32.0.15.6070

Driver Date: 7 10 2024

OpenGL Version: 4.6

RAM: 65449 Mb

already done and done - btw every other game I have tested is running fine, Cyberpunk, Nobody Wants to Die, and Metal Gear Solid 5 are what I used for testing

I'm assuming you use a flash driver but what's the name of your storage device and to what capacity is it filled with data?

(edit) Also curios to know how old this device is.

Appreciate the link, However I started with that first thing first and went through it already
- the drive is an NVME 500GB Samsung 970 EVO in good health - Note I tried this on 1 other SSD and 1 other NVME in my machine as well with the same results.

Already did that too as of last night, as for now I wait - well that and am doing a clean install of windows on a separate NVME - about to fire up the fresh windows install and compare
