(I apologize if this is a duplicate. I searched and couldn't find it.)
It would be QOL boost x1,000,000 if there was a button to sort the items in the hotbar. It can become crazy hard to find things if you've accumulated a lot of items. Sorting them manually takes a long time and as soon as you use up an item a new item takes it's place. Just a 1-click option to sort them would be amazing.
