I bought this fan pack about two weeks ago and I forgot to enter my e mail address, I have yet to hear from someone about this besides "We'll get this taken care of" by Digital Jesters. I replied with my e mail address but there was absolutely no confimation whatsoever from their end of having recieved the message.
To make things worse, I have not yet recieved my fan pack, and I have yet been charged.
Tell you guys what: I must have shot out 10 e mails to various Larian and DJ outlets and it does not sound like anyone is home/listening. I dont get a response in a week or so, Im going to call my CC company and reverse the payment.
