Maybe the X360 Version does have the latest patch or better yet doesn't have the problems the PC Game had.
The 360 review copy indeed has a lot of the fixes on board that are in the second PC patch. For PC however, things are a bit more complex, so it's still going through QA. Also note that every 360 has the same hardware on board, which makes it easier to predict / configure / optimize graphics and such.
