Try changing your codecs. I had K-lite codecs pack before and after I chandged it with Ace Mega codecs pack 603 it worked perfectly.
The only codec i have installed here is ffdshow codec, it's not even a "codec pack". But i configured it to don't be used inside Divinity 2, and no change, the load problem continues.
