Für Fragen über das Spiel oder im Falle irgendwelcher technischen Probleme, kontaktiert bitte Larian Studios über die folgende e-mail-addresse support@larian.com.

Um euch möglichst effizient helfen zu können, beschreibt das Problem möglichst genau und fügt euer DXDIAG Protokoll hinzu. Ein Solches stellt ihr folgendermaßen her: Start/Ausführen/dxdiag... im dxdiag auf 'Alle Informationen speichern' klicken. Diesen .txt wunschgemäss speichern und an die Mail anhängen.

Ebenso sind screenshots der Fehlermeldungen, so vorhanden, hilfreich.

For questions about the game or in case you are experiencing any technical problems, please contact Larian Studios via the following email address: support@larian.com.

In order to help you most effectively please describe the problem as clearly as possible and attach your DirectX Diagnostic. To create a DxDiag, follow these instructions: click Start, click Run, in the Open box, type dxdiag and then click OK. In the tool that pops up, click the button "Save All Information" and choose a location for the file. Please attach this file to your email.

It will also help us if you can send a screenshot of the error message.
