Dungeons: reduced rate. Maybe full respawns on re-enter only. Please do not have a full dungeon when you run through and just return where you came from, that is outright stupid.
"Krähennest" (undead part of the city): Maybe have a full spawn at first time entering (no one has been there to clean up) and then like 1/3 to 1/4 each time you re-enter the area?
