Setharmon; where did you sign up, and did the gif file not work at all, or not work with hotlinking?

When I go to http://freewebsitehosting.net I don't see anything about searching for other free web hosts. I guess you have to start signing up first, or something. They do have their own accounts, which may possibly allow hotlinking (according to a 6 month old post, anyway). From their technical specifications page;
