New idea: how about having low initiative on your glass cannons, so they go last in your turn ->have specific debuffer in your party, who can use clear the CC from you before your turn?
Almost all CC can be cleansed as far as I know.
I am watching honor mode playthrough on youtube of fella, running with double glass cannon, and he seems to be doing quite fine so far tho
