same here, ordering a shit ton of stuff, very often collector stuff, since 1995. My only complaint here, is the lack of communication as I previously stated. I would even be ok with a month delay, as long as I'm kept informed. Rule 1 of online business is communication. Looks like they didn't get the memo at Larian.
