The change was good, because Taunt was pretty useless before, but the ability itself is really poorly designed. Instead of it being a pseudo mind control / berserk, it should give you full control over your character and only make the character that taunted you targettable, and if you don't attack that character during your turn, the taunt would prolong itself for another turn or give you another penalty, and each turn you ignore it, the penalty would get worse and worse.
