In the Dark Crypt you can mitigate the problem in several ways. I'm not going to write a complete hints and tips paragraph but be aware that the 'dead' guys can be looted before they are activated. Being punched by a skeleton is far less painful than having one swing a staff or scimitar at you.
You can also box some of them in by moving the jars and pots. Finally, remember Shadowheart's anti-undead powers.
