Well, I really enjoy single-player RPGs on the PC, more than multiplayer. The structure of the game is completely different than what would be needed for multiplayer. In single-player mode I can play whenever I want, I don't have to call someone else just to be able to play it in the LAN. And I have no flatrate internet connection at home, so playing online would be no option for me, too. And when I really want to have "multiplayer RPGs" there is always my Pen&Paper RPG group <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> or I log in to one of the MUDs I play in.
