When using speak with dead on Olly, when you find him dead in the Zhent hideout and not in the Gnoll cave, he still launches in to the dialogue from the Gnoll cave and claims to have been killed by Gnolls and gives hints on how to find the hideout even though he was obviously killed by the Zhents and one guy even admitting to killing him.
