When changing into a small animal such as a cat, my pc became encumbered and couldn't move (was not encumbered in elf form).
I'm not sure that's actually a bug. It's specifically stated when you wildshape you get the animal's dex, con... and strength. So my 10 STR druid of the moon's carrying capacity tends to yoyo, depending on what form they take.
