Since Patch 7 including Hotfix #20 from 22Feb 2022 and before that on this PAtch 7,
my preferred Method of Saving a lot and loading after something tried and failed is impossible.
This works mostly all of the time:
Starting Baldurs Gate 3 and use continue or loading a savegame from game Starting Menu.
This is almost never working anymore:
Saved a game, no matter if Quicksave or Manual save, when in any kind of game environment
(Dialog, Caught in the act of Thieving, died in Battle, or just loading it becaus i can.)
loading a previously saved game crashes Baldurs Gate 3, then bringing up Error Report.
What are your suggestions to do now, reinstall the game completly anew?
If yes, which Files and File Folders need to be backed up, to copy back into Game after reinstalling Baldurs Gate 3.
Other Hints to fix this?
Btw Patch six and before Baldurs Gate 3 never had this problems on my PC.
