Passage of time is for sure known for being subjective.

If you will play with just single person, who will take 5 minutes to pick spell he will be using next ... then yes, it will be slow ... But not bcs there is too many characters, just bcs user of one of them is incredibly slow.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
