Pedantic suggestion, but I'm nothing if not a pedant. When you're doing a short rest, you want to make it, er, short. The current setup has the player spend the longest time moving the cursor for a short rest, while I feel a long rest is something far more deliberate, which would be reflected with it being the furthest.
Honestly however, instead of one collapsing menu button, it should simply be two buttons next to each other unless you're planning something I don't know about.
I know it's really petty, it sticks out to me however.
