So I am tring to farm for nightbringer armor for my mage,but everytime I reload the game or travel some where else he still has the same stuff....oh and btw I'm still in the first villige... Thanks for your help!
There are actually 3 merchants there, The Smithy, One downstairs in the Pub, and the shady one upstairs in the Pub. It seems that they restock once you level up.
