I completed all of the to find a wizard quest except for the first clue. I just can't, for the life of me, figure out where it is!

Bellegar's rune switches quest.
And at risk of making it too easy, since I was unable to find the last one...
it's lurking in the bushes right at the position where you start.

i collected all orb n place them n i found all runes handles . .then what suppose i'm going to do?

The rune handles indirectly give you the answers you need to talk to the statue behind the Prancing Seahorse which will lead you to the fifth clue.
